Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs and line cooks in food preparation
- Prepare basic ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination, sauces, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation
- Follow recipes and instructions given by senior chefs
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials (FIFO method)
- Help in receiving and organizing stock
- Support during service hours when required
- Maintain discipline and teamwork in the kitchen
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hotel Management degree/diploma or relevant culinary training (preferred)
- 0–1 year of kitchen experience (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude and team spirit
