Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

We are looing for Commi 2 & 3 ,

Primary Responsibilities

• Food preparation: Assists chefs with food preparation and presentation, including chopping, slicing, boiling, steaming, and baking 
• Kitchen maintenance: Ensures that kitchen equipment is in working order, and cleans and restocks it 
• Safety and hygiene: Maintains high standards of safety and hygiene in the kitchen 
• Communication: Communicates with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Collaborating with team members to create a positive environment.
•  Assisting with inventory management and supply orders. 
• Kitchen policies: Adheres to kitchen policies 
• Daily procedures: Carries out daily and weekly procedures, such as temperature checks, food labeling, and storage 
• Kitchen hazards: Removes hazards and makes safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment, and reports any problems to a senior chef 
• Personal hygiene: Keeps high standards of personal hygiene, and wears a clean uniform
• And other responsibilities delegated by your supervisor
