Position: Continental Chef – Commis 1

Location: daWholesum Resto-Café, Ganeshwadi, Shivajinagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong culinary foundation can apply)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Fixed)

Joining: Immediate

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Continental dishes.

Ensure all menu items meet quality, consistency, and portion standards.

Support the Head Chef and CDP in daily kitchen operations.

Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages promptly.

Follow standard recipes and plating techniques as per café guidelines.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (pastas, grills, sauces, salads, etc.).

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.

Ability to handle kitchen pressure and multitask during service hours.

Team player with good communication and discipline.
