Computer Hardware Technician

Job Description – IT Support Technician (Field, Pune)

• Provide L1 IT support at client sites across Pune.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver, install, and collect IT equipment as per service requests.
• Perform basic network checks, OS installations, and application setups.
• Maintain accurate service ticket updates, reports, and asset records.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Ensure timely completion of onsite support tasks and client requests.
• Communicate clearly with end users and provide friendly, customer-focused support.
• Follow standard IT procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently.
• Two-wheeler MUST for travelling to client sites.
