Job Title: Computer & IT Support Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer & IT Support Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair computer systems and printers. The ideal candidate will provide technical support both on-site and remotely, ensuring efficient operation of IT hardware and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system optimization
• Identify hardware and software faults and provide timely resolutions
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to clients
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and inventory usage
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Offer technical guidance and basic training to customers when required
• Server installation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of printer technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing)
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer-service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)

Work Location:

• On-site and field-based assignments as required

Salary:

·        10,000 to 20,000+ Performance based incentives mandatory
