Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Microlearning Video Creator to develop engaging, concise, and high-impact product education video content that enhances practitioners' learning experiences. The candidate should excel at transforming complex information into short, engaging videos that educate and excite. The ideal candidate should be skilled in instructional design principles and video production, with a strong grasp of adult learning theory, multimedia storytelling, and modern eLearning formats. This role will be instrumental in creating short-form educational videos (typically 2–5 minutes) that drive knowledge retention and customer education.

Your videos will play a critical role in customer education and product adoption by acting as attention-grabbing entry points to our learning ecosystem.

Your content will shape how customers discover, understand, and engage with our products. By crafting short videos, you'll help drive adoption, learning, and excitement—bridging the gap between marketing and education in a powerful, visual way.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, script, and produce microlearning videos (concise, engaging short-form videos) on a range of topics.

· Develop microlearning content that simplifies complex concepts into digestible, visual stories

· Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and training managers to identify learning objectives and transform them into effective visual content.

· Apply instructional design principles to ensure videos are learner-centric, engaging, and effective for rapid consumption.

· Use motion graphics, animation, voiceovers, and on-screen text to enhance comprehension and retention.

· Maintain a consistent visual and instructional style aligned with brand and learning guidelines.

· Edit and refine video content based on stakeholder feedback and learner analytics.

· Manage multiple video projects from conception to delivery under tight deadlines.

· Stay current on trends in digital learning, video production, and microlearning techniques. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and viewer engagement

· Ability to turn abstract or technical ideas into compelling visual narratives

· Experience creating content for short-form platforms and digital learning environments

· Maintain a consistent visual tone, storytelling approach, and brand alignment across all video formats.

· Contribute to a content calendar focused on product milestones, feature launches, and customer education

· Comfortable collaborating across teams and working independently on content from concept to delivery
