Continental Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & cook Continental dishes (pasta, grills, salads, soups, sauces).
• Make coffee as per order. Training will be given
• Maintain taste, quality, portion control & hygiene.
• Do daily mise-en-place and handle kitchen equipment.
• Manage stock of ingredients & reduce wastage.
• Work with the Head Chef and guide junior staff.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine.
• Coffee machine operation and cafe menu.
• Good cooking, grilling, baking & sauce-making skills.
• Ability to work fast during rush hours.
