Responsibilities:
Prepare continental dishes as per standard recipes
Assist CDP/DCDP in mise en place
Maintain hygiene & food safety standards
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Manage section stock & storage properly
Requirements:
- Experience in Continental cuisine (sauces, pasta, grills, soups)
- Basic knowledge of food costing & kitchen SOPs
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen
