Key Responsibilities:

Daily food preparation and cooking as per menu

Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation

Follow hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen

Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food

Keep kitchen area clean and organized

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chef (freshers can also apply)

Knowledge of Indian cuisine / diet food preferred

Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety norms

Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently

Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
