Location: Pune (Private Bungalow / Residence)

Position: Full-Time / Live-Out Home Cook

We are looking for a professional, experienced, and hygienic home cook who can prepare high-quality vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for a family household. The candidate should be skilled in Indian cuisine, non-veg dishes, and basic fast food preparation.

🍽 Job Responsibilities

Daily Meal Preparation

The cook will be responsible for preparing three daily meals:

🍳 Breakfast

Preparation of items such as:

• Eggs (boiled, omelette, scrambled, fried)

• Paratha varieties (aloo, paneer, methi, etc.)

• Poha / Upma / Idli / Dosa

• Sandwiches

• Bread toast / butter toast

• Oats / pancakes

• Tea / coffee

🍛 Lunch

Cooking healthy home-style meals including:

• Dal / sambar / kadhi

• Vegetable sabzi (1–2 varieties)

• Chapati / roti / phulka

• Rice / pulao / jeera rice

• Salad preparation

• Raita or buttermilk

Non-veg dishes when required:

• Chicken curry

• Fish curry

• Egg curry

🍽 Dinner

Dinner preparation may include:

• Chapati / roti

• Vegetable sabzi

• Dal or curry

• Chicken / mutton / fish dishes

• Biryani or pulao occasionally

• Light dinner or soup when required

🍗 Non-Vegetarian Cooking Skills Required

Cook must know how to prepare:

• Chicken curry / butter chicken

• Chicken fry / grilled chicken

• Mutton curry

• Fish fry / fish curry

• Egg curry and egg dishes

• Chicken or mutton biryani

🍔 Fast Food & Snacks Preparation

The cook should also know how to prepare:

• Burgers

• Pasta

• Fried rice

• Noodles / Maggi

• Sandwiches

• Pizza (basic homemade)

• Evening snacks when required

👥 Guest Meal Preparation

Occasionally the cook may need to prepare food for guests, including:

• Biryani

• Chicken starters

• Kebabs

• Snacks and quick meals

🧼 Kitchen Management

Cook must also:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Clean cooking utensils after use

• Properly store vegetables and meat

• Inform the owner about grocery requirements

• Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a home cook

• Skilled in veg and non-veg cooking

• Ability to cook for family and occasional guests

• Clean, disciplined, and trustworthy

• Good time management
