Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive to promote and sell EdTech solutions to corporate clients, institutions, and enterprises. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing B2B deals for learning, training, and upskilling solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients, institutions, universities, and training partners for EdTech solutions.

2. Promote and sell corporate learning programs, upskilling courses, certification programs, and LMS solutions.

3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, L&D managers, training coordinators, and decision-makers.

4. Understand client training needs and propose customized learning solutions aligned with business goals.

5. Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions for corporate stakeholders.

6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals within defined timelines.

7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

8. Coordinate with product, academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

9. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale follow-ups.

10. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities in CRM systems.

11. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide feedback for product improvement.

12. Participate in corporate events, webinars, seminars, and industry meetups for lead generation.

13. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2.2–4 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably in EdTech, Training, or SaaS

3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

4.Experience selling learning solutions, corporate training, or digital products

5.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

6.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

7.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and client-focused

Language : English and Marathi , Hindi

Package : 3L to 5L (Lucrative Incentive Depends on overall Skills)

Working Days- (9.30am to 6.30pm) Monday to Saturday

Sunday Week off
