Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist focused on closing high-value corporate deals for training and learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle corporate sales meetings and solution presentations
2. Prepare proposals, pricing, and customized solutions
3. Close corporate contracts and bulk enrollments
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
5. Work closely with marketing and delivery teams
6. Pitch EdTech solutions aligned with corporate learning needs
7. Negotiate commercials, contracts, and MoUs
8. Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
9. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong closing and objection-handling skills
2. Experience with high-ticket B2B sales
3. Presentation and proposal skills
4. Strategic thinking and relationship management
5. KPIs
6. Revenue from corporate channel
7. Number of corporate partnerships closed
8. Average Deal size and renewal rate
9. CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Language : English and Marathi , Hindi
Package : 5L to 10L (Lucrative Incentive Depends on overall Skills)
Working Days- (9.30am to 6.30pm) Monday to Saturday
Sunday Week off
