Job Role: Education Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Swargate, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for guiding students toward the right educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct counselling sessions for interested candidates through outbound calls
• Understand students’ needs and provide appropriate guidance regarding courses and programs
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly counselling and conversion targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates

Shift: Fixed Day Shift

Salary:

• Up to ₹18,000 per month for Freshers
• Up to ₹25,000 per month for Experienced candidates
• Excellent performance-based hike

Job Location: Swargate, Pune

Required Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Good communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
