Counter Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding and selecting products.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions accurately.
• Process sales transactions, including handling cash and card payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales counter and display area.
• Track and report inventory levels, assist with restocking, and update product information.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is often required.
• Experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency with basic math for calculations and handling payments.
• Knowledge of retail POS (Point of Sale) systems or cash registers is often necessary.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Good personal appearance and a professional attitude.
