Job Description:

Tiramisu Cakes and Café is hiring a smart, customer-friendly Counter Sales Person who can handle customers confidently, prepare coffee and fast food items, manage billing, and maintain cleanliness. The candidate should be presentable, polite, and comfortable working in a café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers politely
• Take dine-in and takeaway orders accurately
• Prepare coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)
• Prepare and serve fast food items like pizza, burger, sandwiches, fries, etc.
• Explain cake varieties, flavors, offers, and café menu to customers
• Suggest and upsell products and combos
• Handle billing using POS system
• Accept cash, UPI, and card payments
• Maintain daily sales records and assist in closing reports
• Keep counter, café area, and equipment clean and hygienic
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
