Job Title: Desk Sales Executive

Department: Desk Sales Executive (Health Insurance)

Location: Nagar Road and Hadapsar

Salary: 20,000CTC + Performance Based Incentives 

Experience: 0– 6 months (Insurance/Telesales/Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Explain policy details: coverage, benefits, premium, tenure, and claim process.

• Generate leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.

• Convert leads into sales by providing proper guidance and product knowledge.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.

• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity metrics.

• Update customer records and maintain accurate data in CRM.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of insurance (Life/Health/General preferred).

• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs.

• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM).

• Target-driven, confident, and proactive personality.

• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English preferred.

Graduate (preferred)

Salary:

Fixed salary + High incentives (based on sales performance)
