Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clearly explain products, services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately using POS or billing software.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the counter area.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Keep track of daily sales, vouchers, and cash handling reports.
- Coordinate with play zone, F&B, or operations teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain product and price knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new services to boost sales.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and follow all company SOPs and policies.
