Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and handle counter sales professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Generate bills/invoices and handle cash, UPI, card payments
- Maintain daily sales records and cash reconciliation
- Ensure proper display of products at the counter
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with store/warehouse staff for stock availability
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sales counter
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in counter sales or retail sales
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS system
- Honest, presentable, and customer-focused
