Job Title: Team member – Frozen Bottle (NIBM, Kondhwa, Pune)

Experience Required: 1-2 years in Ice Cream, Milkshake, or Café operations

Reporting To: Owner

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

About the Role:

Frozen Bottle, a well-known milkshake and dessert brand, is looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Lead to manage outlet operations at our NIBM, Kondhwa (Pune) location. The Shift Lead will ensure smooth daily operations, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare milkshakes, desserts, and other menu items accurately as per customer orders and brand recipes.

Handle opening and closing of the outlet.

Maintain product quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Manage POS billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the owner for replenishment.

Train and guide new team members.

Resolve customer feedback and complaints politely and efficiently.

Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a milkshake, café, or QSR outlet.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in beverage or dessert preparation.

Familiar with POS / billing and cash management.

Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.

Flexible to work rotational shifts.

Shift Timings:

9–10 hours per shift (Morning / Evening rotation)
