Job Description
Job Role: Packaging Staff / Packing Executive
Duty Hours: 10 hours/day
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 + Incentives
Location: Cloud Kitchen Packing Station + Outlet
Reporting To: Kitchen Supervisor / Outlet In-Charge
- ResponsibilitiesPack orders accurately as per KOT/online ticket (no missing items).
- Follow packaging SOP: portioning, sealing, labeling, bagging.
- Add required items: cutlery/tissues/sauces/condiments as per standard.
- Maintain hygiene: gloves, cap, clean table, sanitization routine.
- Coordinate with kitchen for ETA-based priority packing.
- Maintain packaging material stock, report shortages, follow FIFO.
- Handover orders to delivery riders after verifying order ID.
- RequirementsFast, detail-oriented, responsible for accuracy.
- Able to work standing and manage peak-hour pressure.
- Basic reading skills for labels/tickets.
