Counter Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Explain flavors, ingredients, and the health benefits of our popsicles and gelato.
• Offer samples and encourage sales at the counter or event location.
• Manage cash or digital payments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cart/kiosk.
• Report daily sales and feedback to the supervisor.
• Assist with stock refills, setup, and closing of the counter.
• Support event activations and brand promotions when required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Smart, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Must be presentable and punctual.
• Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event hours.
• Must be willing to share pictures as part of the application process
