Credit Card Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Actively approach potential customers at Malls, Star bazar, or pump sites to promote and sell credit cards.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
• Customer Education: Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and interest rates to prospective clients.
• Document Verification: Collect and verify necessary customer documents for application submission.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage card activation and usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, banking, or telecom is often preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• Education: Typically requires a HSC or higher education.
