Key Responsibilities

1. Front Counter / Reception Handling

·        Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

·        Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

·        Manage phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information.

·        Maintain guest records and process payments accurately.

·        Address guest concerns or escalate issues to the supervisor when required.

2. Kitchen Assistance

·        Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation.

·        Help plate and serve meals as needed.

·        Ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.

·        Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the food preparation area.

·        Support inventory management by restocking supplies when required.

3. Cleaning & Housekeeping Duties

·        Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hotel premises.

·        Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies.

·        Handle laundry tasks as assigned.

·        Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the hotel.

·        Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

4. Requirements

·        Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (not mandatory).

·        Basic communication skills; ability to interact politely with guests.

·        Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

·        Physically fit to perform housekeeping and kitchen tasks.

·        Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
