Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

Help customers choose cakes and pastries based on preferences and occasions.

Take and process orders accurately (in-person, phone, or online).

Handle billing and cash/UPI transactions at the counter.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the display and counter area.

Assist in packaging, labeling, and managing stock displays.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in retail, bakery, or food service preferred (training provided for freshers).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Neat appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, or peak hours.
