Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food prep (chopping, assembling, portioning).

• Prepare and plate Mexican dishes as per Maiz standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.

• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines.

• Support the team during rush hours.

• Basic kitchen or café experience is preferred but not mandatory.
