Cross-Sell Relationship Officer

Job Title: Cross-Sell Relationship Officer – Home Loans

Department: Sales / Cross-Sell

Location: JM road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Reports To: Sales Manager / Cross-Sell Manager

Job Purpose - To drive cross-selling of financial products to existing home loan customers, increase wallet share, and enhance customer engagement for the NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell opportunities from the existing home loan customer base.
• Pitch and sell relevant financial products such as insurance (life/general), personal loans, credit cards, top-up loans, and fixed deposits.
• Maintain regular contact with home loan customers to understand their financial needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales service.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, collections) to ensure smooth processing of cross-sell products.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly cross-sell targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM or MIS tools.

Requirements -

Education: Graduate (Any stream). MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or NBFCs.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of financial products.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number and value of cross-sell conversions.
• Conversion rate from leads to sales.
• Customer retention and satisfaction scores.
• Timeliness and accuracy of documentation.
