Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves offering expert guidance to shape the future functional and technical capabilities of one or multiple applications. This role includes analyzing requirements, planning solutions, and supporting the delivery process to ensure alignment with client needs. The position also involves facilitating impact assessments and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to review and produce accurate estimates for client work requests, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure architectural consistency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application architecture and delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to implement architectural solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
