Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed align with user needs and organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance user experience and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the development process.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
