Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Oracle Applications.
- Ability to design, develop, and optimize custom software components for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques within Oracle environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
