Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the work, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions clearly and comprehensively.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
