As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing tailored software solutions. This role includes designing applications that align with specific business processes and objectives, ensuring that the software meets the intended needs effectively. The position requires continuous engagement in refining application designs and supporting the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality, customized software products that drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment strategies.
- Experience with scalable and secure application architecture on cloud platforms.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that optimize performance and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud architecture.
