Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Primary Responsibilities (SharePoint – Core Focus) Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, and content structures.Implement information architecture, metadata, permissions, and governance best practices.Develop and customise solutions using SPFx, modern web parts, and extensions.Handle SharePoint migrations from legacy/on-prem systems to SharePoint Online.Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and line-of-business systemsTroubleshoot SharePoint performance, permissions, and data issues in production environments.Secondary Responsibilities (Power Platform – Supporting Skillset)Build supporting Power Automate flows triggered from SharePoint.Create Power Apps (Canvas apps) primarily as SharePoint front-ends
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online in enterprise environments
-Solid experience with SPFx, modern SharePoint development
-Understanding of governance, security, permissions, and compliance
-Working knowledge of Power Apps & Power Automate (supporting role)
-Experience working in Agile delivery teams SharePoint development experience

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
-SharePoint / Power Platform certifications
-Exposure to Power BI, AI Builder, CoPilot
