Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Resource should have a hands-on knowledge on Java/J2EE technologies with good knowledge of Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, Database Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. User Experience (UX) Design, React.js Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Knowledge about cloud technologies/Azure and DevOps tools/CICD Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
