Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Java/Spring Boot Developer with strong experience in Contact Center IVR/VoiceXML application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications and integrating them with enterprise contact center solutions such as Genesys and Conversational IVR. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, VXML, and REST APIs. - Work on Contact Center solutions including IVR, Conversational IVR, Genesys, Call Routing, and Media Bar components. - Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and solution discussions with business and technical teams. - Develop reusable components and ensure scalability and reliability in IVR solutions. - Integrate with backend systems using JSON, RESTful web services, and databases such as Oracle and MS SQL. - Utilize source code management tools like GIT, RTC, or SVN for version control. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of IVR applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, performance optimization, and production support. - Stay updated on new technologies related to Voice Biometrics, Speech IVR, and AI-driven voice applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Java, Spring Boot, VoiceXML, and Contact Center IVR Application development. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Contact Center application development or IVR systems. - Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, REST, JSON, Spring Basics, and VXML. - Knowledge of Voice Biometrics and Speech IVR solutions (good to have). - Familiarity with Oracle and MS SQL databases. - Experience with version control systems (GIT/RTC/SVN). - Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. - Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (JUnit) and code review processes. Additional Information: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Java Development. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
