Custom Software Engineer
Project Role : Custom Software EngineerProject Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and participate in designing tailored applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing workflows and ensuring that the solutions developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with team members to refine application designs and contribute to the overall project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet the expected standards and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance application functionality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with various software development tools and platforms related to SAP Build Process Automation.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
