Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency across systems and applications, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
-Will be part of automation team who will be responsible to design, build, test and deploy the UI path robots to implement automation use cases.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation and UI Path.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with agile development practices and frameworks.
- Proficiency in coding languages relevant to software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
