Summary:


As SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Lead/senior consultant is responsible for managing maintenance processes, ensuring equipment uptime, and optimizing operational efficiency within the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Implementation:
Customize the SAP PM module to meet organizational maintenance needs, including setting up maintenance plans, work centers, and equipment records.
Implement best practices to optimize system performance and operational efficiency.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Work Order Management:
Create and manage work orders for maintenance tasks, tracking progress from initiation to completion.
Allocate necessary resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP PM processes with business requirements.
Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including supply chain leadership and technical teams.

Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on SAP PM functionalities.
Create and maintain documentation related to SAP PM processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Certifications: SAP PM certification is often preferred

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
