Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are key aspects of daily activities.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Lead efforts to optimize software processes and improve overall system efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their integration within production environments.
- Experience in software development lifecycle management using agile frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop scalable software components.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and industrial software platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
