Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to ensure they align with the evolving requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Investment Banking, React.js. - Strong hands-on experience in front-end development using ReactJS. - Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Typescript, SCSS & SASS. - Strong experience in integrating with backend APIs/Microservices in Java/NodeJS/Python - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Automated Unit Testing experience with frameworks like Jest & JUnit. - Must have hands-on experience working with Azure Platform/ Services. - Experience working on applications processing heavy volumes of data. - Good to have Banking/Capital Markets experience. - Good understanding of CI/CD processes. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week. - A 15 years full time education is required.
