Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software components you create are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements.
Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.
Develop and implement Custom Flex Business Rules, EF Script to meet the business requirement.
Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems.
Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program


Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects
Experience in implementing at least one End to End Implementation Project.
Minimum one EAM migration Project.
4+ years of experience in designing Flex Business Rules


1+ years of hands on experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least one of the following systems – (EAM Web Services, GIS, Databridge Integration)
Good to have Experience in Extensibility Framework based custom development.
Knowledge of JavaScript and Python Language programming will be preferred.


Additional Information:

- A 15 years full time education is required.

The candidate should have 8 minimum years of experience in Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
