Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your technical expertise to design solutions, and ensuring that the software meets client specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices and methodologies in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, React.js.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
