Summary:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular Primary), you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements. Your role involves developing intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and observability. You will also contribute to strategic decisions, mentor team members, and uphold high standards of quality and security throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Angular and related technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Angular.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Manage and optimize containerized applications using OpenShift.
Build and deploy applications using standard build tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins).
Implement observability and supportability best practices in application design.
Conduct code reviews, enforce robust technical standards, and maintain code quality.
Engage with multiple teams, provide solutions to complex problems, and contribute to key decisions.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
Present work effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, NgRx, npm, Webpack.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks.
Experience with recent Angular features (signals, standalone components, zoneless change detection).
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of container-based deployment (preferably OpenShift Container Platform 4).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
DevOps mindset with focus on observability and supportability.
Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
Advanced Git branching and merging concepts.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Orientation towards writing secure, vulnerability-free code.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
Familiarity with Primeng, AG Grid, and micro-frontend architecture.
Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Java).
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, Splunk, Grafana).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
