Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. - Supports day-to-day Sales Cloud configuration such as fields, page layouts, flows, reports, and minor enhancements under guidance of senior consultants or tech lead. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
