Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
