Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to key decisions that impact the overall success of the software development process.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience with software configuration management tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
