Join our Domestic Outbound Insurance Process and help customers choose the right Health, Motor & Life Insurance plans. Ideal for freshers & experienced professionals with strong communication skills.

✨ Roles & Responsibilities:

📞 Outbound calls to potential insurance leads

🧠 Understand customer needs & suggest suitable policies

📝 Maintain accurate customer & sales records

🤝 Provide post-sales support & ensure satisfaction

🎯 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

🛠 Required Skillset:

✅ Excellent communication in English & Hindi (mandatory)

✅ Clear pronunciation (No MTI / RTI)

✅ Strong grammar & articulation

➕ Insurance or sales knowledge is an advantage

🎓 Eligibility:

✔️ Graduate (Any discipline)

✔️ Freshers & Experienced both can apply

✔️ Insurance/Sales experience preferred

📝 Interview Process:

1️⃣ HR Round

2️⃣ Versant 5 Certified Test

3️⃣ Written Assessment

4️⃣ Operations Round

5️⃣ Client Round (Face-to-Face)

⏰ Shift Details:

🔹 Rotational shifts | 6 days working

👩 Females: Day shift only (till 8 PM)

👨 Males: Rotational shifts

💰 Salary Package:

💸 Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC

💸 Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

📈 (15–20% hike on last drawn based on interview)
