Customer Care Executive

Lakshmi Electronics, Manufacturer of DMR Mini Washing Machines located at Khadi Machine Chowk, Pisoli, Pune (2.5km from ISKCON Temple) is looking for a Customer Care Executive.

As a Customer Care Executive, the candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers (pre and post-sale support) and will handle:

• Customer Care and Problem Solving
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Providing information about products and services
• Taking/canceling orders and recording details of complaints
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
• Documenting details of enquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Qualifications & Details:

• Should be a Graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
• Salary will be as per industry standards.

Should be able to independently handle customer queries, maintain call logs, ensure timely resolution of complaints, and deliver exceptional pre-and post-sale support.
