Job Title: Tele Caller cum Customer Support Executive Location: Kharadi Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.

Proven experience as a telecaller or customer support representative is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
