🎓 Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (Freshers eligible)
• 12th Pass with 6+ months BPO Voice experience

🗣 Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in English
• Resolve queries efficiently & ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate call logs and feedback
