Customer Care Executive

The Customer Service Executive cum Back Office Executive will play an important role in ensuring smooth communication with students and efficient administrative operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student & Customer Support

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees, and schedules.
• Maintain positive relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain admission records and update student databases.

3. Back Office Administration

• Maintain student records, attendance, and batch details.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding batch schedules and student updates.
• Prepare reports related to admissions, inquiries, and student data.
• Manage documentation and maintain organized records.
• Ensure smooth functioning of front office and back office activities.
